During my class in Art & Design we were allowed to come up with our own project. I wanted to do something totally different since I was pretty tired of sitting behind my laptop all the time to make art. Since I’m a graduate student in fashion I wanted to combine this together with art. That’s when I came up with the idea of using bleach as a form of ”paint” while using old shirts which weren’t used anymore. To get my hands on these shirts I reached out to people if they had clothes left which they won’t wear anymore, giving those clothes a new life! A lot of clothes are being thrown away while you can still create something new with them. This was one of the main reasons why I wanted to make something like this. For the shirts I made Jinx and Vi from League of Legends / Arcane and I also made Musa’s and Flora’s wings from Winx Club.
